Cresud Announces Upcoming Shareholders’ Meeting

Cresud Sociedad (CRESY) has released an update.

Cresud S.A.C.I.F. and A. has announced a General Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for October 28, 2024, to address key fiscal year decisions and shareholder dividends. The meeting will discuss the allocation of a substantial net income for dividends, reserve funds, and project investments, as well as the ratification of previous dividend distributions and authorization of a public offering of common shares.
