Cresud Sociedad Anónima, a diversified Argentine company, has announced that it will begin the payment of the sixth interest installment and third capital payment for its Series XXXV Fixed Rate Notes on September 13, 2024. The total outstanding capital on these notes after the payment will be USD 20,926,910.50, with an annual nominal interest rate of 3.50%. Payments will be made in Argentine Pesos using the applicable exchange rate to noteholders registered by September 12, 2024.
