Cresud Sociedad Anónima, Comercial, Inmobiliaria, Financiera y Agropecuaria, commonly known as Cresud Inc., has announced the commencement of interest payments on its Series XLIV Fixed Rate Notes. The first installment of interest payments will begin on July 17, 2024, for notes issued earlier that year on January 17. Noteholders registered by July 16 will receive an interest payment based on an annual nominal rate of 6.00%, with the outstanding capital for these notes totaling USD 39,765,830.
