Crestview Exploration Inc., a mining company, has launched a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $250,000 by offering units at $0.05 each, with additional share purchase warrants. The funds raised are earmarked for general corporate activities, as well as pre-drilling and exploration at the company’s Nevada properties. The offering, which is subject to regulatory approvals, includes a four-month holding period for the securities issued.
