Crest Resources Inc. has successfully completed the final tranche of its private placement, raising an additional $76,000 through the issuance of 1.9 million units priced at $0.04 each, with attached warrants. The Chairperson, Emma Fairhurst, increased her stake, now controlling potentially over half of the company’s shares upon exercising all warrants. The funds acquired are earmarked for general working capital, bolstering the company’s financial footing.
