Crescent Point Energy Corp. has officially renamed itself to Veren Inc. following shareholder approval at its recent AGM, with the new ticker symbol ‘VRN’ set to debut on the TSX and NYSE around May 15, 2024. The shareholders also voted in favor of appointing nine board members and reappointing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company’s auditor, signifying strong confidence in the company’s governance.
