Creightons Updates Share Capital and Voting Rights

Creightons (GB:CRL) has released an update.

Creightons PLC has announced its total voting rights, with an issued share capital of 70,035,383 ordinary shares, of which 1,600,000 are held in treasury, resulting in 68,435,383 shares with voting rights available. Shareholders can use this number as a reference point for declaring their interest or changes to their interests as per the FCA’s rules.
