Credicorp Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously approved a special cash dividend payment to shareholders, amounting to S/11.00 per share, totaling S/1,038,205,487.00 for 94,382,317 issued shares. The dividend is set to be distributed on October 18, 2024, to shareholders on record as of September 23, 2024, and will be paid in US Dollars based on the exchange rate from the Peruvian Superintendency of Banks, Insurance and Pension Funds on October 16, 2024.
