Credicorp Ltd. has announced the appointment of Tanaka, Valdivia & Asociados, an EYG member firm in Peru, as its external auditor for the 2024 financial year. The decision was made during the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 27, 2024, and includes authorization for the Board of Directors to determine the auditor’s fees.
