Credicorp CEO Cleared of Collusion Charges

Credicorp (BAP) has released an update.

Credicorp Ltd. has announced a significant development as its CEO, Mr. Gianfranco Ferrari de las Casas, has been cleared of collusion charges by the Peruvian court in the Olmos Project investigation. The court has ordered the final closure of the judicial process against Mr. Ferrari, marking the end of his involvement in the case that was first reported in November 2021.
