On February 26, 2026, Credicorp’s board approved the company’s Annual and Sustainability Report and the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, which will be presented at the March 31, 2026 annual general meeting. The board also agreed to submit a slate of director candidates for the 2026–2029 term, propose board and committee remuneration for March 2026–March 2027, and recommend reappointing Tanaka, Valdivia & Asociados as external auditors for 2026.

In addition, the board resolved to constitute voluntary reserves using 2025 net income, raising special reserves by S/6.89 billion and accumulated results by S/39.65 million, based on total 2025 net income of S/6.93 billion. While these moves reinforce Credicorp’s capital position and governance continuity, the board noted that the regular dividend distribution from 2025 earnings will be evaluated separately at its usual April meeting in line with the company’s dividend policy.
