Credicorp ( (BAP) ) has shared an announcement.
On February 27, 2025, Credicorp’s Board of Directors approved the Annual and Sustainability Report and the audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024. The Board also proposed the reappointment of Tanaka, Valdivia & Asociados as external auditors for 2025. Additionally, the Board decided to increase special reserves by S/5.64 billion based on the 2024 net income and accumulated results, while the decision on dividend distribution will be made in April.
