Creactives Group Initiates New Bond Subscription Period

Creactives Group S.p.A. (IT:CREG) has released an update.

Creactives Group S.p.A. has initiated the second subscription period for its non-convertible bond ‘CREG – 7% 2024-2026’, offering 40 bonds priced at Euro 25,000 each. This move aims to raise up to Euro 1,000,000, with the subscription period closing on November 7, 2024. The bonds will be available for further subscription until December 31, 2024, if not fully subscribed during this period.
