Creactives Group S.p.A. has completed the subscription of the remaining 435,301 new shares from its rights issue capital increase, lifting its share capital to €324,400.50 represented by 14,784,750 ordinary shares without nominal value. The certification of the capital increase has been filed with the Companies’ Register of Verona, and the updated Articles of Association and shareholding structure, which confirms a free float of about 25%, are being made available on the company’s and Borsa Italiana’s websites, enhancing transparency for current and prospective investors.
