CRE Logistics REIT, Inc. has announced an upcoming increase in investment unit holdings by its sponsor, CRE, Inc., with plans to purchase up to 2,500 units for a maximum of 423 million yen between August 20 and September 30, 2024. This move is expected to align the interests of CRE REIT’s unitholders with those of CRE, thereby promoting the REIT’s medium- to long-term growth through strengthened support from the sponsor.
