CRE Logistics REIT, Inc. has obtained exclusive negotiation rights for the logistics facilities, LogiSquare Narita, from a domestic leasing company. The facility is strategically located near transportation hubs and Narita International Airport, making it a prime location for a bonded warehouse. Despite the exclusive rights, CRE REIT is conducting due diligence before the potential acquisition and is not obligated to proceed with the purchase.
