CRE Logistics REIT, Inc. has announced the completion of an additional acquisition of its investment units by its sponsor, CRE, Inc. This acquisition has increased CRE’s ownership in CRE REIT from 3.6% to 4.0%, with an additional 2,500 units bringing their total to 25,050 units. The transaction is reported to have no effect on CRE REIT’s financial forecasts.
