CRCC High-Tech Equipment Corporation Limited successfully passed a resolution during their 2024 First Extraordinary General Meeting to appoint Mr. Lyu Jing as a non-executive Director with an overwhelming majority of 99.93% votes in favor. The meeting, chaired by Mr. Tong Pujiang, showcased strong shareholder support, with nearly all of the company’s 1.5 billion shares represented in the vote.
