CRCC High-Tech Equipment Corporation Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.03 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, to be paid at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09598, resulting in HKD 0.033 per share. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 5 July 2024 to be eligible, with payment scheduled for 22 August 2024.
