Craneware Plc, a prominent player in the software industry, has successfully repurchased 2,500 of its own shares on the 25th of April, 2024, at a uniform price of 2,250 pence per share. The acquired shares will now be held in treasury, reducing the number of shares in circulation and thereby potentially increasing the value of remaining shares. After the transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company stands at 35,328,274.
