Cracker Barrel has reported its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2025, showcasing a slight increase in total revenue and a positive outlook for the remainder of the fiscal year. The company has also updated its expectations for adjusted EBITDA.

The company achieved a total revenue of $821.1 million, marking a 0.5% increase compared to the previous year. Comparable store restaurant sales rose by 1.0%, while retail sales saw a decrease of 3.8%. The GAAP net income for the quarter was $12.6 million, a significant improvement from the previous year’s loss. Adjusted EBITDA increased slightly to $48.1 million.

Cracker Barrel has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, maintaining its commitment to returning value to shareholders. The company has also updated its fiscal 2025 outlook, projecting adjusted EBITDA between $215 million and $225 million, while maintaining its revenue forecast.
