CR Construction Group Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of non-executive directors Ms. Ding Shaojian and Mr. Fan Jingbo, effective from 11 June 2024, due to internal reorganization. The company is now in the process of filling the vacancy left by Ms. Ding to comply with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s gender diversity requirements. Both departing board members have confirmed that there are no disagreements or unresolved issues prompting their departure.
