CPP Group plc ( (GB:CPP) ) has issued an update.

CPP Group has disclosed that the buyers of its former Indian business, OneAssist Consumer Solutions and Bolttech Device Protection India, have indicated they do not expect to pay any of the up to US$5 million contingent deferred consideration tied to the 2025 sale. Under the sale terms, that payment depended on performance conditions, including continued renewal business from a major Indian bank, and CPP is now reviewing the buyers’ notice under the contract.

Assuming the deferred sum is not received, CPP expects to need additional funding within the next 12 months and is already in talks with existing shareholders and potential investors to secure capital for operating needs, group liabilities and the ongoing development of Blink Parametric. The board continues to assess wider strategic options to maximise long-term shareholder value, while the group reports trading in line with management expectations and new customer wins for Blink ahead of its planned release of 2025 preliminary results in May.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:CPP) stock is a Sell with a £73.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on CPP Group plc stock, see the GB:CPP Stock Forecast page.
