Champion Holding (BVI) Co., Ltd’s voluntary cash offer to acquire all issued shares of CPMC Holdings Limited has lapsed due to insufficient acceptance by the deadline. The acceptance rate was approximately 30.9% of CPMC’s total issued share capital, falling short of the required threshold. As a result, the offeror is barred from proposing another offer for a period of 12 months, except with regulatory consent.
