CPMC Holdings Limited has provided a monthly update on the voluntary general cash offer from Huarui Fengquan Development Limited to acquire all its issued shares not already owned by Huarui. The offer is proceeding with key pre-conditions being met, including shareholder approvals and regulatory filings, but some conditions remain under review.
