Dorith Hakim, the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company, received a 4.8% salary hike from the Compensation and Human Resources Committee, which raised her annual base salary to $385,000, effective May 1, 2024. This move reflects the company’s acknowledgement of Hakim’s role and performance.
