Covivio SA has launched a simplified public exchange offer, proposing 31 new Covivio shares for every 100 Covivio Hotels shares contributed, available for a period of 15 trading days. The terms of the offer, supervised and approved by the Financial Markets Authority, aim to enhance economic benefits and continue the company’s development. Complete offer details and related legal, financial, and accounting characteristics will be disclosed to the public before the offer opens.
