Covivio has successfully completed the reorganization of its hotel ownership with AccorInvest, acquiring full ownership of 43 hotels across France, Belgium, and Germany while transferring 16 to AccorInvest. This strategic move enhances Covivio’s presence in high-value tourist areas and aligns with its strategy of diversifying its hotel operations. The reorganization is part of Covivio’s broader plan to invest in and reposition several hotel properties, supported by a 100 million euro investment in renovations.
