Coventry Group Director Increases Shareholding

Coventry Group Limited (AU:CYG) has released an update.

Coventry Group Limited has announced a change in Director Neil George Cathie’s interests, with an acquisition of 15,000 ordinary shares through an on-market trade by Romney Lodge Pty Ltd, valued at $20,214. Following this transaction, Cathie’s indirect interest via Romney Lodge Pty Ltd has increased to 830,385 fully paid ordinary shares. No changes in director’s interests in contracts were reported.
