The agreement includes a severance package and advisory services from Mr. Maggioncalda to ensure a smooth leadership transition. Concurrently, Coursera established a retention agreement with CFO Kenneth Hahn to maintain leadership stability during the CEO transition, offering enhanced severance benefits and potential advisory roles in case of certain employment terminations.
