Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited announced that all resolutions, including the payment of final and special dividends, were approved by shareholders at their AGM on June 6, 2024. The voting results showcased overwhelming support for the proposals, such as re-electing directors and granting the board mandates to issue and repurchase shares. The directors’ remuneration and the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditors were also affirmed.
