Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited is celebrating shareholder approval for the 2020 Share Option Scheme, as all proposed resolutions at their Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on July 9, 2024, were passed by a clear majority. The approval included the adoption of the scheme rules, authorization for the Board to administer the scheme, and the ability to amend the scheme as necessary.
