Country Garden Holdings is actively working on fulfilling the requirements for the resumption of trading in its securities, following delays in financial reporting. From January to November 2024, the company reported approximately RMB43.75 billion in cumulative contracted sales. The company is also negotiating with key creditor groups to finalize a holistic restructuring plan while working closely with auditors to publish delayed financial results.
