Country Garden Services Holdings Co has adjusted the equity transfer agreements regarding the acquisition of a 60% stake in Fujian Dongfei, following Fujian Dongfei’s failure to meet certain financial performance guarantees. As compensation, One Supreme will transfer a 25% stake in Genuine Investment to CG Property Services HK for no cost, increasing the Company’s effective shareholding in Fujian Dongfei to 67.5%.
