Countplus Limited’s equity partner, Kidmans Partners, has expanded its Victorian presence by acquiring Zanacorp, an accounting and financial planning firm, for $2.1 million. The deal, which is expected to enhance earnings immediately, brings Zanca, Zanacorp’s founder, into Kidmans as a Principal, promising continued client service excellence. Kidmans will now have a more significant footprint with 58 employees and over $10.5 million in annual revenues.
