Countplus Limited has announced a change in the interests of their Director, Hugh Humphrey, who has acquired additional shares through on-market trades. On the 2nd and 3rd of September, Humphrey increased his stake by a total of 20,000 ordinary shares, bringing his total holdings to 232,113 ordinary shares alongside 1,343,428 performance rights, with an associated monetary value of $13,194.14. There were no disposals or changes in director’s interests in contracts reported.
