Countplus Limited director Raymond Kellerman has increased his indirect shareholding through an on-market trade, acquiring 100,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a value of $52,424.99, taking his total shares to 3,600,000. There was no disposal of shares, and this transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
