Costamare (CMRE) has released an update.
Costamare Inc. has announced the full redemption of its 8.875% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock, with the redemption date set for July 15, 2024. Shareholders will receive $25.00 per share plus accrued and unpaid dividends. Following the redemption, no Series E Preferred Stock will remain outstanding, concluding all associated stock rights except for the right to payment of the Redemption Price.
