Costain Group PLC has reported a significant change in share ownership following the actions of ASGC Construction L.L.C., which has led to a crossing of the threshold on September 13, 2024, resulting in a notification on September 16, 2024. The total voting rights previously held by ASGC Construction L.L.C. in Costain Group PLC have now reduced to zero, indicating a full disposal of their prior holding which was over 14%.
