Costain (GB:COST) has released an update.
Costain Group PLC has actively progressed with its share buyback program, purchasing 695,738 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 100.11 pence each, to be cancelled, as part of its ongoing efforts to return value to shareholders. The cumulative total of shares bought back under the program now stands at 3,161,772. Following the cancellation of these shares, Costain’s total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be reduced to 275,304,257.
