Costain Group PLC has set the Scrip Dividend Reference Price for the interim dividend of the year ending 31 December 2024 at 101.40 pence per share. This price was determined based on the average value of the Company’s shares on the London Stock Exchange over five days starting from the ex-dividend date, 12 September 2024. Shareholders interested in the scrip dividend must submit their mandate forms by 27 September 2024, with the dividend payment to be made on 18 October 2024.
