Costain Group PLC has continued its share buyback program, purchasing an additional 112,453 Ordinary Shares for cancellation, contributing to a total of 546,422 shares bought back so far. These transactions occurred on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 101.50 to 105.00 pence per share. Following the cancellation of these shares, the company’s total number of shares in issue will stand at 277,919,607.
