Costain (GB:COST) has released an update.
Costain Group PLC has continued its share buyback program, purchasing an additional 242,043 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 102.17 pence, to be cancelled, as part of their ongoing efforts to reduce the total number of shares in issue. After these recent transactions, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue for Costain will stand at 278,032,060. This move is in line with the company’s previously announced strategy to enhance shareholder value.
