Cosmos Machinery Enterprises Limited has successfully completed the sale of its entire share capital of GB HK and the entire equity interest in GB Shenzhen. As a result of these transactions, known as the Disposals, the GB Subsidiaries are no longer part of the company and will not be included in Cosmos Machinery’s future financial consolidation. This strategic move leads to a significant restructuring of the company’s subsidiary holdings.
