Cosmopolitan International Holdings Limited successfully held its Annual General Meeting on June 13, 2024, where all resolutions were approved by shareholders, including the adoption of financial statements and the re-election of board members. Shareholders also granted the directors authority to manage share issuance and repurchase, with each resolution receiving overwhelming support. The AGM saw full director attendance and was supervised by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.
