Yandal Resources Ltd. (AU:YRL) has released an update.
Cosmo Metals Ltd has strategically expanded its Kanowna Gold Project by acquiring two tenements from Yandal Resources Ltd, consolidating 32 square kilometers of continuous land with over 8 kilometers of high-potential gold targets. This all-scrip transaction allows Cosmo to focus its finances on exploration and advances the potential for a significant gold discovery within the region known for large orogenic gold anomalies. The acquisition cost Cosmo $50,000 payable in shares, priced according to the recent volume-weighted average.
