COSCO SHIPPING Ports has announced its acquisition of minority interests in HLT and TLT, key players in the operation of Thailand’s largest port, Laem Chabang. The transaction, valued at $78.1 million for HLT’s ordinary shares and $3.1 million for TLT’s equity interest, was based on independent valuations using an income approach. This strategic investment highlights COSCO’s commitment to expanding its global port operations.
