COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co. has announced an extension of the shareholder loan to EUROMAX Terminal, maintaining its EUR 84 million (approximately RMB 669 million) portion in accordance with its 35% equity interest. This financial support is designed to sustain the capital and operational needs of EUROMAX Terminal, with the new agreement extending the loan deadline to June 18, 2029, at an interest rate of Euribor+2.0%.
