COSCO SHIPPING International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. has announced the retirement of Mr. Chen Dong as a non-executive Director, who will not seek re-election at the upcoming annual general meeting scheduled for May 31, 2024. As a result of his retirement, resolution 3.(a) concerning his re-election has been withdrawn from the meeting’s agenda. The company expresses its appreciation for Mr. Chen’s contributions during his tenure.
