COSCO SHIPPING Development Co., Ltd. has announced an interim ordinary dividend of RMB 0.019 per share for the six months ending on 30 June 2024, which will be paid at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.094451, amounting to HKD 0.02079 per share. Shareholders must lodge their transfer documents by 09 October 2024 to be eligible for the dividend, which will be paid on 28 October 2024. Non-resident enterprise shareholders will be subject to a 10% withholding tax, while mainland individuals and securities investment funds investing through stock connects will incur a 20% withholding tax.
